What does the Muslim say when he feels pain in his body?
He places his hand at the site of the pain and says 3 times:
بِسْمِ اللهِ، بِسْمِ اللهِ، بِسْمِ اللهِ
In the Name of Allah.
Then, he says 7 times:
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ.
I seek refuge in Allah and within His omnipotence from the evil that I feel and am wary of.
