What does the Muslim say when he sees his brother wearing a new garment?

تُبْلِي وَيُخْلِفُ اللهُ تَعَالَى

May you wear it out and Allah تعالى replace it (with another).

الْبَسْ جَدِيدًا وَعِشْ حَمِيدًا وَمُتْ شَهِيدًا

Wear anew, live commendably and die as a martyr.
