What does the Muslim say when he sees the new crescent moon?

اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ، رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكَ اللهُ

Allah is the greatest. O Allah, let the crescent loom above us in safety, faith, peace, and Islam. Our Lord and your Lord (to the moon) is Allah.
