What does the Muslim say when he travels?

اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ

Allah is the Greatest (3 times)

{سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ * وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنْقَلِبُونَ}، اللهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ فِي سَفَرِنَا هَذَا الْبِرَّ وَالتَّقْوَى، وَمِنَ الْعَمَلِ مَا تَرْضَى، اللهُمَّ هَوِّنْ عَلَيْنَا سَفَرَنَا هَذَا، وَاطْوِ عَنَّا بُعْدَهُ، أَنْتَ الصَّاحِبُ فِي السَّفَرِ، وَالْخَلِيفَةُ فِي الأَهْلِ، اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ وَعْثَاءِ السَّفَرِ، وَكَآبَةِ الْمَنْظَرِ، وَسُوءِ الْمُنْقَلَبِ، فِي الْمَالِ وَالأَهْلِ

{Glory to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could never have it (by our efforts).* And verily, to Our Lord we indeed are to return!} O Allah, we ask You for goodness and piety in this journey, and we ask You for deeds which please You. O Allah, make our journey easy and let us cover its distance quickly. O Allah, You are the One Who preserves us during the journey and The One Who safeguards our families, O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the journey's tiredness, from the sight source of affliction and from a bad return towards our property and family.
